Laura, All I can suggest is that you look at the shows that we carry on the East Coast and contact them individually. Each show has their own information and what they require for you to participate. We have listed some very good shows. Some of the shows have links. Look at the links and contact the shows themselves. Good Luck.

I can't tell you how important it is to put full dates on your events. "October" is not a date. Many web sites contain posts that were put up years ago. Yours may be one of these. I won't bookmark it for that reason.
Posted by: Ed Gurney | September 19, 2010 at 10:32 AM
Hello Ed, sorry for any confusion you may have about our site. We are constantly verifying dates to make sure we are up-to-date. I did go through and add 2010 at the top of that page and will add it to subsequent pages. Thanks for your comment.

Jordan 13, I am not sure what you are talking about. I would be glad to help you if you want to rephrase your comment.

Posted by: debbie shaw | January 03, 2011 at 05:26 PM
Hello Debbie, I know how you feel when you let "one" get away that you should have bought. Have you tried to google the Mystic Outdoor Art Festival? You may be able to find an email for one of the show organizers that way. I have no idea what city or state this show is in or who runs it, but I think the way to go is to see if you can find a website for the show. Many shows now have websites. Why don't you try that? Good luck!

I just wanted to send a quick note to let everyone know that space is still available for my full day workshop being held this Saturday 7/23 at Calumet Photographic in New York City

Hello Stainless Steel. You sent us this note on August 30, 2011. It looks like your workshop has already taken place if it was July 23, 2011. Can you supply up to date information about this event?

Can you please let me know how to get more information on the Sept 8 Westbrook Fair for 2012?
Thank you!
Posted by: NICOLE RICHMAN | February 19, 2012 at 09:49 AM
Hello Nicole, I think the best thing to do is to google the show and contact them directly. Some shows choose for the Art Fair Calendar to carry their website's link so that patrons can have quick and easy access to their show's information. Westbrook has not. You should be able to find it though. Jacki B

Posted by: Ying Zhao Liu | August 13, 2012 at 02:04 PM
Hello Liu. If you would like to participate in the Paradise City Arts Festival you will have to contact the show directly. The Art Fair Calendar doesn't have anything to do with the show other than listing it on our calendar. Good luck
Posted by: Jacki Bilsborrow | August 18, 2012 at 09:06 PM
My husband and I are artists and we would like to participate in a few of these dates. How to we go about getting involved? I would be happy to send you some pictures of our artwork.
Posted by: DawnMarie Capone | January 11, 2013 at 11:54 AM
Hello Dawnmarie. You will need to contact the shows directly in order to get into the shows. However, it is not as easy as it sounds. If you have never done art shows before you have much to learn about the business before you try to enter a show. You can always join us at www.artfairinsiders.com to learn the ins and outs of the business. Good luck.
